Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service in Marikina City, child was one of the students referred by the SDO Marikina City. She has a physical well-being and in good health. She easily expresses her feeling of joy and excitement when talking towards others. She has a fair skin and long hair. Monica comes from a low income family wherein the money is only enough to support their daily needs. Her mother is a housewife and her father is a carpenter.
