Abegail was referred by the Schools Division Office as a beneficiary for the Educational Assistance in Malabon City. She was a healthy child upon admission. She is graceful and she likes to have many friends because she doesn’t have any siblings. Abegail comes from a low income family. She is staying with her grandmother and grandfather with other relatives. They do not have enough finances to buy gadgets for the online learning.
