Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service, he is one of the students referred by the SDO. Eouiee was physically and mentally healthy. Eouiee comes from a low-income family where the money is only enough to support their daily needs. His parents are struggling to finance not only his but also his siblings' school expenses.
