Irene Joy is admitted to the center on February 27, 2023. The mother of the child came to the MSWDO Marilao to seek assistance on how she could temporarily place her child in an institution. In the interview conducted by the center’s social worker, the mother mentioned that she tried to sell her child on a Social media group wherein there are some infants that are being sold to some parents who are willing to take care of the child.
