Cynthia Shockency

Hello, my name is Cynthia Shockency, and I have been blessed to work with adoptive families through Holt International since 2008. As the regional branch director for Northern and Southern California, and with 20 years experience in the social services field, I am happy to play a role in bringing children home to their permanent, loving families.

My goal as the branch director is to ensure polite and professional assistance from our California branch staff, making certain that adoptive families feel encouraged and supported throughout the adoption process. With our dedicated and experienced social workers providing education and adoption counseling, Holt's California branch hopes to provide the support and confidence you need to bring your child home.
