Post-Placement Report General Information

Post-placement report compliance has a significant impact on international adoption in each of the countries we partner with. It is very important to the officials overseas to know that children placed with families in the U.S. are well cared for and loved, and that families are receiving appropriate support.

Completed post-placement reports are mailed and/or uploaded to the CCCWA. If your report/photos will be delayed, please notify us so we can provide this information to the country.

After your child's arrival in the U.S., each report needs to be completed according to the timeline outlined below. If additional reports are required by your state, please send those to us as well.
