This respectful, honest and calm child is described by his caregivers as an old soul. Rowan wants to be adopted and states he would like to have younger siblings and a white kitty. He came into care when he was 3 months old due to his health conditions and his biological parent's difficult circumstances. He's diagnosed with multiple congenital issues; including anal atresia, congenital heart disease, and scoliosis. He has received extensive follow-up care including two surgeries. He has regular checkups and is not taking medication right now. He runs and walks well and assists with household chores without being asked. Rowan enjoys school, but has not been attending recently. He enjoys taking care of the babies at his orphanage and is seen as the kind big brother in the house. He enjoys soccer, painting, singing, dancing, playing computer games and chess, and reading. Rowan has close friends and plays well with other children. In the future he'd like to be a policeman. This sweet boy needs an adoptive family that's open to unknowns, has access to medical resources, and has good understanding of older child adoption.
