Zohara belongs to a needy family whose conditions are pathetic and deplorable. It is a joint family consisting of ten members. The father drives an auto rickshaw (a three wheeler) on rental and the mother is a home maker. Both the parents are literate. Her two brothers are in Grade 4 and the little baby is still too small to go to school.
Zohara keeps good health.
The family lives on their government allotted house with double bed room. However, the father?s income as an auto rickshaw driver is not steady as he does not get the work on a regular basis. With the single and meager income, they are unable to educate the children or meet their basic needs of life. Hence, they sought assistance from Vathsalya Charitable Trust Project so that the children could be looked after and education expenses could be met.
