Chanborey lives with her grandparents, and an uncle. Her parents got divorce 4 years ago when she was a baby. Her mother works in Phnom Penh to support the whole family alone. She always sends money USD 30 a month to support the family. Her grandparents are farmers . Their living condition is medium and they could support themselves. But the thing is that Chanborey lacks of proper education. Through your supports, Chanborey can access to substantial resources, such as education, nutrition and other services that are important for children development.
Her mental and physical health problem was fine upon enrollment. She baths three times a day and washes her hand before eating, but she does not brush her teeth yet. She also dresses well. Her ears could hear well and her eyes could see clearly.
Chanborey was enrolled in the community preschool by her grandmother. Her age was right for schooling and her grandmother believed that going to school could help her prepare well for grade 1. She was happy and did not cry for her first time in school.
