Chantha lives with his grandparents and 2 siblings. His parents work as construction workers in Kompong Som province. They rarely visit home, but they usually send money USD 50 to 60 a month to support the family, especially their children?s education and daily foods. His grandparents do not have jobs. They just grows rice and plants, and raises domestic animals including chicken, duck, and cow. The family lives in a difficult situation, lacking of foods, rice and money to support their children. Through your supports, Chantha can access to substantial resources, such as education, nutrition and other services that are important for children development.
His mental and physical health problems were fine upon enrollment.
Chantha is selected through his enrollment in our community-based preschool. He is well taken care by his grandparents. He is not an orphan. He belongs to a poor family in the community.
