Tung lives with his grandmother, parents, and a six year old sister. His father picks okra for hire, and mother weeds grass, harvests vegetables for hire. Their monthly income is 122 USD. It is not enough for basic living costs of a five member family with the wage, not to mention Tung and his sister?s school fees.
The child had good mental and physical health upon arrival. He was born in an ethnic minority group called "Cho Ro".
