Hi, I'm Konin
I'm a boy, 12 years old and live in Cambodia.
Konin lacks nutritious food; he typically eats rice with eggs, carp, snails, and fish paste because his parents cannot afford meat. The child lacks education, school supplies, and income. His physical and mental health are normal. He lives in a small family of four. His parents work as plantation workers, and they have a child with a disability, so his mother stays home to care for him. The family struggles to meet daily needs, earning little but facing high expenses like medical fees, debt, food, and education. Without farmland, they buy rice. Their 4x5 meter house has a zinc roof and wooden frame. A child gets a daily allowance. Expenses far exceed income, making it hard to cover living costs.
