Tabbatha is a gentle, affectionate and playful 9-year-old. She loves to read picture books, play with blocks and do arts and crafts! She is also known to be a helper in the classroom.
When she was younger, Tabbatha had a repaired cleft lip and palate. She still has a speech delay, and she can only say a few simple words. But even without speaking, Tabbatha communicates well by using different gestures and motions.
Tabbatha has other developmental delays, but she attends an early intervention class that continues to help her grow and strengthen her skills. She enjoys going to class and helping her teachers and peers.
The best fit for Tabbatha would be a loving, permanent family that has a good understanding of older child adoption. Her family should also have access to therapeutic services and medical resources to help her reach her fullest potential!
