Two-year-old Rita is a calm, sweet and smiley girl. She loves to play with blocks and go outside – especially with her caretakers! Rita also likes to engage in conversation with them by repeating their words!
Rita has congenital chondrodysplasia, mild hydrocephalus and achondroplasia, and she has a delay in growth development. She can’t stand or walk due to these conditions, but her upper body strength is great. Through the care at her center, Rita can respond to simple requests and instructions, and she can express her emotions well!
The best fit for Rita would be a loving, permanent family that can give her the care and support she needs to thrive. The family should also have access to excellent medical resources.
