Kyle came into care when he was about 11 months old. He has bilateral ear deformities, including closed external ear canals and deformed auricles. In July 2017 he was sent to a school for the deaf, and received a hearing aid. Kyle's cognitive and speech development improved greatly since starting school. He can count to ten, speak in sentences of 4-5 words, and his pronunciation is improving. He cooperates well with other children, although he may sometimes have conflict with them. He is a polite boy who greets others. Kyle is well liked by both his caregivers and his peers. This spunky boy hopes for loving parents of his own. A Holt social worker met him and photos and videos are on file. You can watch a video clip here and contact us for more information! A $3000 Special Blessings Grant* is available toward Kyle's adoption through Holt.* Special Blessings Grants are available to families who earn an annual adjusted gross income of $125,000 or less and do not apply to fees already paid to Holt International. Families who do not qualify for the Special Blessings Grant may still apply for our Special Needs Adoption Fund grant.
