Our Waiting Child Program (WCP) helps you get to know the child(ren) you are drawn to, helps you understand their conditions and works with you in assessing your ability to parent that child.

More choices— in Holt’s Waiting Child Program you control more of the decisions relating to your adoption: the age, gender, and medical/developmental issues, even the specific child you wish to parent.

Easier to qualify— most countries relax eligibility requirements for families adopting waiting children.

Faster, less expensive process— Holt expedites the adoptions of children with special needs, and waiting times are generally much shorter. Also, Holt reduces fees for children with moderate to major special needs, and some grants are available.
