Winter Jam Volunteer Q&A
1. When should I arrive?
| Please be inside at the Holt table 1.5 hours before the concert begins. |
2. Where do I go?
| All venues are different, so look for the line! Bypass the crowd and go to the VIP/will-call door. Identify yourself as a ‘Holt Volunteer.’ Once inside, locate the Holt table on the main arena floor (in most venues) and tour Representative, Dan Lindsay, your trainer. In an emergency, contact Dan at: 404-543-2334. |
3. Can I watch the concert while I volunteer?
| If enough volunteers participate, you can leave your table to catch a glimpse of the excitement. |
4. Is parking provided?
| Unfortunately, we are not able to provide special parking. Please allow plenty of time to find a space and make your way inside. |
5. What should I wear?
| Whatever is comfortable. We recommend layers to accommodate conditions at various table locations. |
6. What about earplugs?
| Yes! We strongly recommend their use. Music will be loud, even in the corridors. |
7. Can my Youth Group volunteer?
| Usually teens prefer to be inside the concert venue to hear and see the concert. However, their parents make great volunteers! |
8. Do I need to be a Holt Sponsor to volunteer?
| No. You will receive training in advance. While firsthand experience as a sponsor can be helpful, reading through the ‘Holt Facts’ will provide the information you need and increase your confidence in answering questions. |
