Shipping Methods
We offer three shipping methods for most items:
• Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days) - included in price
• 2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
• 1-Day Shipping (1 business day)
Please Note: Shipping times do not include the amount of time it takes to process an order before it is given to the shipping carrier.
Split Shipments
We may fulfill the items in your order at different times, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times.
You will receive a confirmation email for each shipment. The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped.
An additional shipping & handling fee is charged for international shipments and is indicated on each item.
Shipping to a Different Address
During checkout, you can add new shipping addresses to your Address Book, so each time you check out you can choose from these stored addresses.
You can also ship items in your order to multiple addresses: On the Select Shipping Address page, click the Multiple Addresses button. On the next page, choose the address in the pull-down menu for each item.
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.
Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
Types of Email Confirmations
After you place an order with Holt International, we'll email you with pertinent information about your order's status. Here are some examples:

Soon after you place an order, we'll send an email confirming we have received
it
•
We'll send more than one shipment confirmation email if we fulfill the order in multiple shipments
•
We might also send other emails about your order's status, if necessary
Tip: Please save these emails for your records.
Where You Can Ship Your Order
Within the U.S. and Major U.S. Protectorates
We ship most items to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus the following major protectorates and territories of the United States: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands.
APO / FPO Military Addresses
We ship to APO / FPO military addresses. However, please be aware of these factors:

Not all items can be shipped to APO / FPO addresses. These items are clearly identified on the item page or when you click "See estimated arrival date" on the item page, and during checkout.

When shipping to an APO / FPO address, delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks
•
Further restrictions on item type, size and weight may exist in the country in which the APO / FPO address is located. Some
merchandise may not be deliverable to these countries. Please contact your local post office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country in which your APO / FPO address is located.
Return Procedures
Your order is important to us. It will be carefully packed and inspected to assure your satisfaction. We will exchange or return a damaged or defective product to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, here's how:
Damaged Package
If your package should arrive damaged, contact us at (541) 687-2202 to arrange for the return.
Returning an item

Complete a brief note regarding the information about the item(s) you are returning, the reason for the return, and what you would like in exchange for the item (choose refund or exchange).

Package the item(s) carefully and with the appropriate padding. Be sure to include your note with your returned item(s).
•
Seal the box well and apply a label to the outside of the package.
Fasten the mailing label securely with cellophane tape. You may ship your package back to us via UPS, or United States Postal Service. We suggest that you use UPS as packages are tracked from the shipping point to our warehouse. We also suggest that you insure your package for its full value. (Values up to $100USD are covered automatically by UPS.) You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error.
