Cheryl Marshall, Administrative Coordinator for Latin America, Europe, Central Asia, Africa & Haiti – Cheryl coordinates the administrative aspect of program development.
Natalya Goncharova, European & Central Asia Program Director –Natalya oversees all aspects of program development and adoptions for Eugene and Central Asia.
Angie Wharfield, Director of Social Services for Kazakhstan – Angie oversees all aspects of the adoption process from intake through refinalization.
Joanne Stanley, Social Service Assistant for Kazakhstan – Assists families through the adoption process.

Pioneer Families Needed
Holt is currently looking for families interested in adopting a child from Holt’s programs in Kyrgyzstan. There are many abandoned children in Central Asia who need families. Currently only accepting applications for families open to the adoption of a child older than 3 yrs, as well as sibling groups. Children in Kyrgyzstan have mixed ethnic background. Children stay in government run orphanages and their health and development varies
