According to Holt staff in China, the recent incident involving a collision between a U.S. Navy surveillance plane and a Chinese military jet is not having any effect on the international adoption process in China, nor is any effect anticipated. Should this situation change for any reason, Holt will notify families in process for adoptions from China.
