| Before you can live the dream of adopting a child, you generally have to live the nightmare of bureaucracy. The red tape multiplies when the adoptee is from another country. And it gets even worse if that other country is Vietnam. From San Francisco, correspondent Rachel Martin reports that allegations of baby trafficking in the southeast Asian nation have gummed up the works for Americans trying to adopt.
