If you are having problems registering

Postby malie64 » Fri Mar 14, 2008 2:19 am

all new accounts who registered before Jan 15 8:30 AM eastern standard time have been approved or deleted
Effective Jan 15, all those who register will receive a confirmation/activation email. You need to activate your own account which will place you in the newly registered user group. Your posts will be moderated for about 30 days at which point you will be granted full access to the boards as a registered user.

If you put your country as somewhere OTHER a state or a reference to part of the USA, are unlikely to be approved. Please do NOT put the USA as your location as typically 99% of users who put USA also tend to be spammers..putting your home state or even east coast, west coast, deep south, midwest actually makes it easier for you to be approved

If you don't put anything in location, then your id is not flagged as a possible spammer right off the bat
