Hi -
I just completed some of the easiest and most quickly processed paperwork throughout our son's entire adoption. The notarized letter needed for the Korean Consulate in NY was processed and sent back to me within 6 days!! My understanding is that boys need to be removed from the military lists in Korea. The paperwork with their Korean Consulate stamp has to be mailed to our son's agency in Korea, but that will be done tomorrow. I assumed it would take months for them to process our request at the consulate office in NY.
NOW - after I mail this out.....we are officially DONE with ALL paperwork!
**We did not use holt**
