WC 11-123 Sweet boy in China

This boy has been on my heart. We are in the process of adopting his foster sister. Is he your son? They describe him as very smart. Please look at him.

Which program is he with? (Country) That might make it easier for people to find him. Both of my boys were on photolistings, so I have a soft spot for them

This boy still waits. He is the foster brother of our daughter waiting in Hebei. Is he your son. Described as very smart and healthy. He is vision impaired.
