Ethiopia program

Hi, My husband and I are looking at adopting again. We know the Ethiopia program is currently closed. I called Holt's office to see if they had any most recent information and didn't really get much out of them . Are things moving at all? I have looked at other agencies that still have programs open in Ethiopia, but would love to use Holt again. PM me if you know anything, or have used another agency.

I can't help you, but I just noticed that the Ethiopia board is gone! Am I missing something? I knew the program was having some changes/problems, but I didn't realize the board would be removed.
I hope you are able to find a good agency to work with. Thinking and praying for everyone at any stage of the process with Ethiopia, a truly beautiful country.

The Ethiopia program (not just with Holt) is a mess but regarding the board- the vast majority of Holt ET APs/PAPs are on the Holt ET yahoo group- which is very active. I guess people felt there was no need to also post here. It is unfortunate that it happened that way since there is a ton of good information in other BB's here but.....
