Bruce Dahl, Holt’s Africa Field Director Bruce has many years of experience in working in and with Africa programs.

Stephanie Gibson, Africa program coordinator Stephanie is eager to serve families adopting from Ethiopia. “I look forward to helping families in anyway I can to make their adoption experience better.”, says Stephanie.

Jennifer Dalton, Africa Programs Assistant has experience working with children in African orphanages. "I thoroughly enjoy working with families during their adoption process because I know what a difference families can make in a child's life."

Laura Richardson, Africa Programs Assistant assists families from the beginning of the process through post-placement of their child. "I love to see the photos of children when they are home with their forever families."

Lindsey Lange, International Programs Assistant works to facilitate communication with our overseas partners regarding statistics, program reporting and sponsorship. She assists with coordinating Ethiopia-specific donor communication and visitation requests.

Patricia McConnell, MSW, Director of Adoption Servces for Ethiopia Pat has over 15 years helping Holt families adopt from several different countries.

Our Ethiopia-based staff

DR. FIKRU GELESO HERAMO, M. D. Holt Country Representative, Ethiopia Dr. Fikru Geleso Heramo joined Holt in May of 2007. He is responsible for developing the program design and work plan in Ethiopia. He directs the day to day operations of Holt’s program in Ethiopia in working with children and families in Ethiopia. Such activities include adoption processing, schedule family itineraries, child assessment and training of staff.
