Holt International acknowledges the contributions of many who contributed to the success of the conference. We are especially grateful to the conference presenters who gave of their time and expertise on behalf of all of us and are pleased to share the written presentation of many of the speakers on this website.

The Eugene Declaration
Participants at the conference endorsed the Eugene Declaration, a prescriptive value statement that recognizes the need and right for every child to grow up in a family.
